·        Mediated claims through a pilot Small Claims project for York Region.

·        Provided mediation services for a variety of claims including landlord tenant issues, contractor and individual, condominium disputes, real estate disputes and others.  Sixty percent were resolved.

·        Provided research and development of a handbook for teachers in Ontario outlining strategies to assist them in the classroom with children/adolescents with common mental disorders.

·        Launched the teacher handbook by providing a national seminar in Toronto for teachers across Canada.
