// About ADR Works and Miskin Law Offices

ADR Works http://twitter.com/adrworks is a statement that puts forward the proposition that disputes ought to be resolved in a creative, positive and speedy manner for the benefit of all parties concerned. Alternative Dispute Resolution works and is a cost effective way to settle differences.

We advocate and practice mediation and arbitration.  Miskin Law Offices represent individual clients. Many of our cases and claims settle out of court with mediation being a common way to bring about a settlement of cases with a compromise when the parties are far apart.  We are ready, willing and able to go to trial in Ontario Courts where a reasonable settlement can not be achieved. Our court cases are primarily in the areas of personal injury and health related insurance claims. http://twitter.com/canadahealthlaw
