THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED AS THE DEFENCE HAS SUCCESSFULLY DELAYED THE ONTARIO CLASS ACTION CERTIFICATION MOTION THAT WAS TO BE HEARD FEBRUARY 13-15. THEY HAVED SUCCESSFULLY RAISED A CONFLICT OF INTEREST ARGUMENT WITH REGARD TO ONE OF THE CLASS ACTION PLAINTIFF LAW FIRMS. THAT DECISION RELEASED ON MARCH 4, MAY BE APPEALED CAUSING FURTHER DELAY IN THE ONTARIO ACTION. IN SASKATCHEWAN AN ORDER CERTIFYING THE CLASS ACTION HAS BEEN APPEALED BY MERCK. A.D.R. is Alternative Dispute Resolution Arbitration training courses including ADR Institute of Canada Arbitrator certification have been taught in Ontario by Murray Miskin since 1985. The only 2008 course has been confirmed to proceed on April 22 and runs to June 3rd with Tuesday and Thursday evening classes and a Sunday class on June 1. There will be no class on Thursday May 8th or 22nd. Course outline and Registration form This course trains people to become judicial decision makers.
