Condominium Mediation and Arbitration through ADR Works
Ontario's Condominium Act requires all condominium disputes to be mediated. If mediation fails to occur or does not result in settlement then there is mandatory arbitration to decide the dispute. Unit owners and condominium corporations require ADR service providers to assist in resolving disputes which can no longer go to court. Both Nancy and Murray Miskin are condominium residents and Murray is the President of their condominium corporation. Nancy Miskin provides very reasonable priced condominium mediation at the rate of $150.00 per hour which is normally shared equally by the parties. Mediations are conducted in as little as 2 hours. Murray Miskin does mediate condominium matters on occasion but mainly conducts arbitration of condominium disputes. His hourly rate is $300.00. To book services call Linda at extension 100.
