We have major areas of practice that are highlighted in our web site.  We also do condominium lien work, commercial leasing, some business or franchise matters, wrongful dismissal and a few other areas. We will not take a case unless we are qualified to take it. Our office does agency litigation work for law firms outside of the Whitby area.  We have a lawyer Max Rapoport working out of our office who specializes in matrimonial law. We often refer matrimonial cases to Max who is both a lawyer and a psychologist. We would happy to refer inquiries about any area of law outside of our practice to the appropriate legal specialist.
